How long does your mochi last?
We recommend that you consume the mochi within 24 hours if it’s kept at room temperature (in an air-tight container) because we do not add preservatives in all of our products. You may consider to keep mochi in freezer inside an airtight container (individually wrap would be the best)for a few weeks. Thaw them in room temperature for 45-60mins. It usually works, but result varies.
For cold mochi sold from the fridge like mango mochi or boba mochi, due to the nature of the filling, we recommend that you consume them within 6 hours or ASAP.
How long does cream puffs last?
Please keep them in refrigerator before consumption. Best to consume within the same day, because the top will lose it’s crunch over time.
What is the difference between just mochi and mochi?
Just mochi is mochi skin dusted in peanut and sesame powder or soybean powder, without any filling.

What is sago?
Sago itself is like mini tapioca pearls, but it’s clear and flavorless. The sago drink is a Asian dessert soup made using purée, coconut milk and whole milk with sago and any other toppings, such as diced mango.
It’s my first time here, what do you recommend?
Cream puffs: original and chocolate.
Mochi: brown sugar peanut and crunchy chocolate.
Sago drink: mango sago with diced mango.
Savory food: curry fish balls (spicy)
What is Hojicha?
Hōjicha is roasted matcha, a Japanese green tea. It is distinctive from other Japanese green teas because it is roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal, whereas most Japanese teas are steamed. The tea is fired at a high temperature, altering the leaf color tints from green to reddish brown.Fresh matcha has a vegetal aroma, as to be expected from its vibrant green color. As a roasted green tea, hojicha has a soothing, almost therapeutic earthy and smoky aroma. Tea shop owners often brew hojicha to attract customers into their stores.
Do you have mango mochi today?
Available mostly during summer, when mangos are sweet, ripe and in good size.

Yes! Mochi is freshly made every day.
Do I need to pre-order?
We usually have everything when we open in the morning. However, if you are planning to have a big order, especially on weekend or holiday, pre-order is highly appreciated. It is very helpful for us to predict how many we should prepare for the day.
